Introducing prepped and ready In a pinch meals

Welcome to In a pinch meals, the idea behind this site is easy meal planning, not 5 trips to the grocery store, no whats for dinner, no I ran out of time what do I make? Everything is prepped as much as possible, there is little to no cooking required. Orders and money should be placed by Thursday every week in time for the new weeks worth of meals, everything can be picked up every Monday mid-morning to afternoon or we can arrange a time that works better. This weeks worth of meals will run for 2 weeks as half of this week is gone, unless due to huge responses, you want a new set of meals for the next week. Prices are as follows
Full Week of Meals
Family of 4 $100
Family of 6 $150
Family of 8 $175
If you don't want a full week, but just want to not really cook for a few night of the week you can pick a 3 pack from the weeks list of meals for half the cost of a full week Because this is our first week we are starting off with a huge bang so with this weeks full week order depending on you family size an 8x8 or a 9x13 tray of cream cheese brownies will be added in

Mon - Meatball Subs
Homeade beef meatballs served with spaghetti sauce and mozzarella cheese slices on homemade buns. Served with a can of green beans. Everything is precooked - this is a heat and eat

Tues - Candied pork chops w/ garlic mashed potatoes. Marinade is premade - just pour over the top and bake for 45 minutes. Potatoes are precooked heat and eat

Wed - Chicken Fajitas - marinated then bbq chicken, onions and peppers, fresh tortillas, sour cream and homemade salsa. Chicken comes precooked for easy heat and eat, if you would rather bbq it yourself please request it

Thursday - Pulled Pork Sandwichs w/ homemade spicy coleslaw on homemade buns. This is also a heat and eat meal, the pork comes pre seasoned and cooked, the marinade for the cole slaw will come seperate from the cole slaw to retain freshness, just mix together and serve.

Friday - Chicken Lo Mein, comes ready to be assembled and cooked - the chicken comes precooked, so you would cook the vegetables which are precut and ready add in the noodles, and then add the marinade over the whole dish, great in a wok or a regular pan

Sat - Corn Chowder - heat and eat its all prepared, does have a little jalapeno kick to it

Sun - Manicotti with freshly steamed broccoli, everything is precooked, just heat in the oven and go, the broccoli comes precut and ready to steam in the microwave
