Week 5 with some yummy stuff

So I am going to attach a list here of all the things available, I was hoping to do it this week, but apparently I am just not that computer savvy. So hopefully I will figure out how to link everything up by next week, as always you may mix and match from the previous weeks, and this weeks treat for a full week order is a Carmel covered popcorn and preztel mix.

Mon - Grilled Honey Butter Shrimp Tacos w/chipotle aioli sauce. The shrimp will come ready to cook as it only takes 3 minutes with all the cooking and drizzling sauces preparred.

Tues - Stuffed Chicken Breasts with Mashed Potatoes - Stuffed with breadcrumbs and cheese then bakes in a tomato sauce. Comes ready to be baked

Wed - Tomato Basil pasta with sausage. Meat sauce cooked and ready to be heated, you just have to cook the attached penne pasta

Thur - Crispy Coconut Chicken strips w/ steamed broccoli. chicken is cut and ready to be dipped in the coconut mixture, broccoli comes in a ready to steam microwavable bag

Friday - Mini Meatball Soup - please request beef or chicken this soup comes with all of the meatballs precooked and reasy to drop in, the soup base with ditalini, carrots, and onions, This soup can also be requested pre-made as just a heat and eat.

Sat - Dumplings or gyozas in beef, chicken, or pork with sticky rice. These are made fresh and come ready to steam with all of the instructions. If you would like to precook your rice at home in a rice cooker we highly recommend it and can be requested either way.

Sun - Spicy Garlic Chicken Pizza. Exactly as it sounds, this chicken pizza is not too spicy, just super yummy, chicken comes precooked and everything else is prepped and ready to top your pizza then its ready to bake.

Week 4 and some changes coming...maybe

So, I'm thinking next week I am going to have a list of food so you can custom create your own week, let me know what you think. You can always pick from previous weeks when placing your order for this week, and this weeks treat will be strawberry cupcakes with fresh chopped strawberries in the batter and in the cream cheese frosting, so yummy.

Mon - Garlic Broccoli Pasta with Blackened Chicken. Made with olive oil and a blend of itlian cheeses, it a lighter pasta with all the taste - chicken will be precooked and ready, pasta will need to be cooked and the broccoli comes ina ready to steam microvaable bag, super easy I promise.

Tues - Mongolian Beef with Sticky Rice. This is just like the restaurant, all precooked ready to heat and eat

Wed - Homemade Noodle Soup with chicken. A twist on your classic chicken noodle, this one come with homemade noodles blended with a homemade broth with carrots, onions, and garlic, and some extra special seasonings, all minced into the soup broth so kids and adults can't help but eat their veggies

Thur - Coconut Chicken Satay with corn salad on the side. Chicken breasts are pounded thin, marinated in a coconut milk and spices marinade ready to pan fry, can also be placed on skewers and BBQ - skewers available upon request, served with a peanut dipping sauce.

Fri - Meatloaf and Mashed Potatoes - exactly as it sounds precooked and ready to heat and eat

Sat - Yaki Soba with rotissorie chicken pieces. This is a japanese dish but everyone who tries it loves it. Its like a fresh ramen noodle ready to pan fry. Chicken is precooked and cabbage and onions are chopped and ready to throw in if you choose. This whole dinner is ready is less than 10. If you have ever tried the standard supermarkets versions of yaki, let me tell you, its so no the same....trust me

Sun - Lasanga with green beans. Homemade lasagna, all prepped and ready to throw in the ove. Everything is precooked before assembly so really its a heat it till its warm. Comes with a can of green beans ready to go.

Week 3 Starts with French Dip Subs

This weeks goodie for a full week order is a pan of homemade apple crisp, ready to bake or microwave. If you missed something from a previous week or want to order it again, you can custom mix and match from any of the items from any week.

Mon - French Dip Subs. Homeade buns with shredded soft pork marinated in the au ju. Comes with provolone cheese and fresh au ju dipping sauce and a bag of chips.

Tues - Oriental Chicken Salad - Romaine lettuce toppped with grilled chicken, sliced almonds, green onions, topped with a homemade sesame flavored dressing. For those in the family that won't eat a big salad, please specify and their lettuce can be exchanged for easy quesadillas, this salad is also great served as a wrap.

Wed - Baked Ziti. Homebaked ziti ready to warm and serve in the oven, made with hamburger and a yummy blend of italian cheeses. Also comes with a ready to steam bag of broccoli.

Thurs - Black Bean Soup. Exactly as it sounds, its a little spicy but in a good way. Is not made with cream as with most soups so its a little nicer to your waistline. Comes with sour cream that can be mixed in for a more creamy texture if you prefer. Also comes with a mexican cheese blend for the top and crunchy totrtilla strips and homemade rolls for the side. Chicken can be added to this soup upon request, but trust me you won't miss it.

Fri - Green Sauce Enchiladas. Made with flour tortillas, chicken and cheese blend, rolled inside and out in a homemade green sauce and then topped with mozzarella cheese. Everything in it is precooked, just needs to be baked and served.

Sat - Breakfast for Dinner. Breakfast burritos for dinner, filled with sausage, garlic and onions, homemade salsa, and eggs,and cheese, no potato fillers. Serving Size is 2 burritos. If you have small children you can save the extras as a frozen burrito ready for a quick breakfast another day.

Sun - Pot Roast. A nice sunday pot roast with a mushroom onion gravy sauce with mashed potatoes and a can of green beans. For those who are not mushroom lovers, don't worry my husband hates mushrooms and he loves this recipe, so trust me its good. Precooked, ready to heat and eat.

This Weeks New Meals

There was an order for last weeks food, so they don't have the same thing 2 weeks running, I am posting new meals this week. You can choose either full week or choose a mix and match from both weeks, just e-mail me the details of what you want. All orders are due by Thurs, but I can take them as last as Friday this week only and these are being posted a day later than normal. As with last week with a full week purchase I am throwing in a little treat, I'm thinking either lemon or lime bars, you choose :)

Mon - Homemade Pizza. Home pizza dough with homemade pizza sauce, parmesan and mozzarella cheese. Includes your choice of toppings, if not specified it will come with pepperoni.

Tues - Restaurant Style Pork Salads. Included are fresh tortillas, black beans, flavored rice, cheese, flavored pork, romaine lettuce, pico, and crunchy tortilla strips and of course spicy ranch.

Wed - Homemade Chicken Nuggets with potato salad. Chicken comes marinated and has a shake and bake seasoning packet.

Thur - Restaurant Style Lettuce Wraps. These taste like that certain restaurant we all know and love. Heat and eat

Fri - Broccoli Cheese Soup. Ready to heat and eat

Sat - Grilled Chicken Burrito. Ready to heat and assemble. Comes with beans, pico, grilled chicken, spanish rice and cheese

Sun - Slightly Spicy Spaghetti. Homeamde spaghetti sauce that simmers for 4 hours to complete, has a slight kick to it, but not overly spicy so kids will still love it. Served with Steam fresh corn .

Introducing prepped and ready In a pinch meals

Welcome to In a pinch meals, the idea behind this site is easy meal planning, not 5 trips to the grocery store, no whats for dinner, no I ran out of time what do I make? Everything is prepped as much as possible, there is little to no cooking required. Orders and money should be placed by Thursday every week in time for the new weeks worth of meals, everything can be picked up every Monday mid-morning to afternoon or we can arrange a time that works better. This weeks worth of meals will run for 2 weeks as half of this week is gone, unless due to huge responses, you want a new set of meals for the next week. Prices are as follows
Full Week of Meals
Family of 4 $100
Family of 6 $150
Family of 8 $175
If you don't want a full week, but just want to not really cook for a few night of the week you can pick a 3 pack from the weeks list of meals for half the cost of a full week Because this is our first week we are starting off with a huge bang so with this weeks full week order depending on you family size an 8x8 or a 9x13 tray of cream cheese brownies will be added in



Mon - Meatball Subs
Homeade beef meatballs served with spaghetti sauce and mozzarella cheese slices on homemade buns. Served with a can of green beans. Everything is precooked - this is a heat and eat

Tues - Candied pork chops w/ garlic mashed potatoes. Marinade is premade - just pour over the top and bake for 45 minutes. Potatoes are precooked heat and eat

Wed - Chicken Fajitas - marinated then bbq chicken, onions and peppers, fresh tortillas, sour cream and homemade salsa. Chicken comes precooked for easy heat and eat, if you would rather bbq it yourself please request it

Thursday - Pulled Pork Sandwichs w/ homemade spicy coleslaw on homemade buns. This is also a heat and eat meal, the pork comes pre seasoned and cooked, the marinade for the cole slaw will come seperate from the cole slaw to retain freshness, just mix together and serve.

Friday - Chicken Lo Mein, comes ready to be assembled and cooked - the chicken comes precooked, so you would cook the vegetables which are precut and ready add in the noodles, and then add the marinade over the whole dish, great in a wok or a regular pan

Sat - Corn Chowder - heat and eat its all prepared, does have a little jalapeno kick to it

Sun - Manicotti with freshly steamed broccoli, everything is precooked, just heat in the oven and go, the broccoli comes precut and ready to steam in the microwave
